Lamberto Curtoni


Born 1987 in Piacenza, in a family of musicians, he graduated summa cum laude at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Turin. He participates at masterclasses with David Geringas, Troels Svane, Enrico Dindo and studied with Giovanni Sollima. Both cello player and composer, he‟s author of several theatre stage music e.g. for the plays Dante (2007), as well for Shakespeare's Tempest (2009), as well as for the soundtrack of Angels, documentary on the earthquake in Abruzzo. His multi-faceted activities urge him to master different styles and genres, showing great interest in the contemporary repertoire for his instrument.
